Mobile travel is based on the actual time spent travelling at $169 per hour pro rata. It is capped at 30 minutes per appointment, or $84.50. We will confirm the exact amount with you before you book.
A 30% deposit secures your private or self-funded appointment. It is then deducted from the remaining appointment fee.

What to ask your health fund

Service suffixes
The 2026–27 NDIS pricing schedule lists $161.99 per hour nationally for exercise physiology direct services, telehealth, permitted non-face-to-face work, eligible cancellation and NDIA-requested reports. Provider travel time is listed at $81 per hour nationally. This practice caps billable provider travel time at 30 minutes total per appointment.
Before ongoing support begins, the Schedule of Supports will clearly set out the selected item, rate, type of service and any agreed travel or non-face-to-face work.
Gold or eligible White Card
Department of Veterans’ Affairs
Consistent, respectful support for eligible veterans who want to stay active, maintain function and feel more confident in daily life.
View DVA schedule fees
- No gap fee for eligible approved services
- White Card care must relate to an accepted condition
- Each treatment cycle starts with an initial consultation
- Home visits are available when there is a genuine clinical need
DVA referral and treatment-cycle details
A valid referral is required. We will check eligibility, treatment-cycle requirements and any financial authorisation that is needed before care begins. DVA’s published fee is accepted as full payment, so there is no gap fee.
A kilometre allowance may be available when DVA’s criteria are met and the nearest suitable provider needs to travel to the veteran’s home. No separate travel-time charge is made to the Veteran Card holder.
Initial consultations cannot be delivered under DVA’s permanent telehealth arrangements. Subsequent video or telephone consultations may be available where clinically suitable and current DVA conditions are met.

WorkCover approval and item details
A Provider Management Plan is required before further consultations can be requested. WorkCover may ask for additional justification when more than six subsequent consultations are requested within an episode of care.
Travel is charged only when WorkCover’s conditions are met. Our practice limits billable travel time to 30 minutes per appointment, even where a longer amount may be approved under the schedule.
Support at Home and aged care partners
Aged Care
Practical support to help older people stay steady, confident and involved in everyday life.
View aged care service pricing
- Focus on strength, balance, mobility and confidence
- Care is delivered where everyday challenges and routines actually happen
- Practical recommendations to support confidence and independence
- Travel is already included in the service price
Support at Home pricing details
There is no participant contribution for an approved Support at Home clinical service. The government subsidy is paid through the participant’s funded arrangement.
Support at Home prices must be clear and all-inclusive. A separate administration or travel fee cannot be added, so travel is already included in the $220 direct-service price.
The service and price need to be included in the participant’s support plan and agreed with the relevant registered provider or aged care partner before the appointment takes place. CHSP and other arrangements may use different contribution and invoicing processes.
Mobile care with clear travel costs
We will confirm any travel cost before you book
Mobile visits save you the trip to a clinic and allow support to happen in your everyday environment. When a separate travel charge is allowed, it is based only on actual travel time and capped at 30 minutes. Different funding rules may apply, and Support at Home travel is already included in the service price.
